1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ClipMaker services, including our website, API, and AI Video Creator features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service. ClipMaker is operated by a Delaware corporation.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use ClipMaker. By using this service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and are legally able to form a binding contract.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13. If we learn that a user is under 13, we will promptly terminate that account and delete all associated data.
3. Service Description
ClipMaker provides AI-powered video generation services, including:
- AI Video Creator: Generate creative video clips based on text prompts
- Character System: Create custom characters for consistent appearance across videos
- Multi-Clip Sequences: Generate multiple connected video clips
- Video Library: Store and access your generated content
All content is generated through artificial intelligence. ClipMaker reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You agree to:
- Provide accurate information during registration
- Keep your API keys secure
- Notify us at hello@clipmaker.video of any unauthorized account use
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
5. Content Policy
ClipMaker is a family-friendly platform for creative, business, and educational video content.
5.1 Permitted Content
- Creative storytelling and entertainment
- Business and marketing videos
- Educational content and tutorials
- Artistic expression and digital art
- Social media content
5.2 Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited:
- Adult, explicit, or NSFW content of any kind
- Violence, gore, or graphic content
- Hate speech or discrimination
- Content involving minors in inappropriate contexts
- Harassment or defamation of real individuals
- Deepfakes of real people without consent
- Illegal activities or content
- Malware, spam, or system abuse
Violations will result in content removal and account termination. We reserve the right to review and moderate all generated content.
6. Payment and Credits
ClipMaker operates on a credit-based system (1 credit = 1 second of video).
- Credits are allocated based on your subscription
- Credits are consumed upon successful generation
- Unused credits expire after one month
- Credits are non-refundable except for technical failures
Refund requests must be submitted to hello@clipmaker.video within 30 days. We may modify pricing with 14 days notice.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your prompts and generated content. By using our service, you grant ClipMaker a license to store and process your content for service delivery.
You may use generated content for personal or commercial purposes in compliance with these terms and applicable laws.
8. Third-Party Services
ClipMaker integrates with:
- Google: For authentication
- Cloudflare R2: For video storage and delivery
We are not responsible for third-party service policies or performance.
9. Disclaimers
ClipMaker is provided "as is" without warranties. AI-generated content may produce unexpected results. Users are responsible for reviewing content before use.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
10. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, fraud, or abuse. Upon termination, access is revoked, unused credits are forfeited, and content may be deleted.
You may request account deletion at hello@clipmaker.video.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States. Disputes are subject to Delaware courts.
12. Changes
We may modify these terms with 14 days email notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
